DIVYA ANNAMRAJU is the Principal at EMERGE FORWARD. She has over 28 years of experience in small, medium and large multinational technology and healthcare companies in new product development, quality, manufacturing operations and general management. Throughout her career she has been guided by a zeal for learning, collaborating across boundaries and creating meaningful impact for people all around the world. She is known for building and leading teams that bring forward solutions that stand the test of time and consistently exceed expectations.

She is a champion of inclusion, leading DE&I initiatives for over 15 years both at her workplace and as a Trustee at not-for-profit boards. She has led grassroots efforts up to organizations of 14000 employees globally, advocating for, and bringing transformation toward, a more inclusive culture where everyone can contribute fully and authentically. In 2019 she was recognized by Bayer and HealthCare Businesswomen’s Association with the prestigious Luminary Award.

DIVYA has an B.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India, M.S in Computer Engineering from University of Pittsburgh and Professional Coaching Certification from Duquesne University. In her spare time DIVYA loves to travel, cook foods from around the world, photography, reading and hiking. She lives near Pittsburgh, USA with her husband and they are proud parents to 2 children.
